Do Not Cry For Me

Do not cry for me
I sleep in the bed I made
Each thought and action
Is the hand I have played
Do not cry for me
Or give concern a voice
This is not fate you see
The result of every choice
Do not cry for me
Even when things seem bad
What I must bear in life
Does not require you be sad
Do not cry for me
Save your tears for greater need
Consequences are blind at best
And what mistakes do breed
Do not cry for me
Let nary a teardrop fall
I can take what this life gives
The good, the bad, I accept it all
Do not cry for me
I shoulder no given curse
Whatever befalls to me
Someone is suffering worse

You never cease to amaze me! 😍😍
I hope that will always be true, Kristian! Hope things are going well in your new position and that you are both well and happy! Sending love! ❤❤❤
I don’t see how it couldn’t always be true. Your words move me in ways I can’t describe, but they always leave me with a longing for more. You always give us glimpses into who you are and I can never tear my eyes away. I can’t always find the words to express why, but that is no longer the question. The question has become: How could I ever stop?
I am still unsure what this new position entails really, but there has been a lot of transitioning. I’ve met with my new boss a few times now. She seems like a good one. I suppose only time will tell. We are well, not so sure I can say I’m happy, but I am well. Much love!! ❤❤
These words tug at me in so many different ways. They speak of your courage to face what befalls you, and that’s an admirable trait. They also speak of your pride, which we know is indelibly strong and doesn’t let you see the gift you give to others when they are permitted to reach out in assistance. I suspect, however, that my greatest tears will be when you are no longer in this world for me to cry for…. I love you for all of the things you are and all of your traits, good and bad and because I know how great would be my loss not to have you in my life…
You are going to make me cry now. Thank you for your loving thoughts. I don’t want a world without you in it either! ❤❤❤
