A Universal Bond

Before the sun or moon knew birth

We existed together in one place

Our souls and spirits so intertwined

That they forever hold a trace

A tiny speck holding all we know

In an instant burst a ticking clock

A flash of creation sets worlds to spin

And we are scattered among the rocks

So blessed am I to find you here

That knowing twinkle in your eyes

The radiance when celestial wed

And our unbroken quantum ties

If no earth remain and all heaven fail

Should the whole universe turn to rust

I will find you yet again, my love

For we’re made of the same stardust

Oh Brad what a lovely love poem.

This is so beautifully done. One of my favorites Brad.

Brad you have perfected how to make your poems look so nicely laid out in the reader. I have not been able to do that yet. I go into my site hit post and everything looks nicely laid out but it doesn’t look so nice in the reader. Yours is always perfect.

I guess I need to play around with working within the reader? Is that what you do?

Great poetry Brad. Love πŸ’• Jonikins

I write in MS Word then cut and paste into my post. It does need some fixing at times as it doesn’t always look right after I have pasted it, but I don’t know any special tricks. Maybe one of my readers has some suggestions. Thank you for your continued support, Joikins! πŸ’•

Thanks Brad I do the same thing. Your post are always perfect in form, etc. on the reader. Mine never look right in reader unless centered. Thank you so much Brad I appreciate it. Thanks and love to you. β€οΈπŸ’• Joni

Just beautiful! Are you a romantic in real life, or does this just come through in your poetry?

    • Brad Osborne says:

I must be a bit of a romantic, Pete! But it is rarely on display as it is in my poetry. Thank you for all your support and hope you have a great weekend!
