The Virtual Ho-Ho-etorium For December 31st, 2020 — Paul’s Poetry Playground

Happy New Years, Everyone! I want to thank my fellow bloggers Brad Osborne and Corinne Bellocq for graciously accepting my invitation to participate in the following which I hope you will accept as my belated holiday gift to you all… Paul Szlosek PAUL: Good evening, everyone! Hope you all had a delightful Christmas! Welcome to […]

The Virtual Ho-Ho-etorium For December 31st, 2020 — Paul’s Poetry Playground

I have followed Paul Szlosek’s blog for quite awhile now learning new forms of poetry and finding inspiration for my own words. Paul has always been generously supportive, so when I was invited to participate in this year’s virtual “Ho-ho-etorium”, fashioned after the group’s monthly “Poetorium” series, I could not miss the opportunity.
Thank you to Paul and Ron for all the work they do in putting this together and sharing the work of poets from all over. I wanted to share the edition here and encourage my readers to enjoy in all the joy and humor within.

To one and all, may you have a safe and happy New Year filled with words and love!

Lots of talented poets. It looked like a good time. I had a giggle when I looked at the cookies. The food looked yummy. Thanks for the introduction to these poets Brad. I enjoyed everyone’s work. Sending love and wishes for a wonderful new year. Love ❤️ Jonikins

Thanks Jonikins! It was a pleasure to work with Paul and submit my work. They were gracious in having me and I have learned a lot from my interaction with Paul and all the supporters. This is a group that met monthly “in person” back in the good old days and has moved their community into a virtual edition of their gatherings. It is in these local groups of like-minded individuals that you can find some of the most creative of inspiration. Glad you enjoyed it! Much love! 🦄

That sounds lovely. Everyone involved had a different style of writing but all talented. I bet it was fun when people were able to actually get together. However, the spirit of fun still showed up to this virtual get together. I enjoyed everyone’s work. Your work was wonderfully
vivid and lovely as always. We definitely learn from others. I feel so grateful to belong to this community as I have learned so much. They seem like a spirited group which have a lot of fun. Thank you again for the introduction Brad. Much love ❤️ to you too. Jonikins

Loved your poem, and all the others were fabulous as well. Great job, epic in proportions and so exquisitely well written. Congratulations! All the best,
