More Alike Than Not

~~~
We are nearly all the same
But we focus on the difference
Conflict driven by inference
~~~

We seek someone to blame

Hatred willed in countenance

Home for our indifference

~~~
We call each other names
Our words an accomplice
To promoting the prejudice
~~~

We play a silly game

Unity is sorely missed

Though a very common wish

~~~
We are more alike than not
And each other is all we got
The world only gets better
If we learn to work together
~~~

    I wish I could like this one again and again. I don’t know how differences became something ugly.

        Doing ok Brad thank you, hope you are my friend. It has been lightning and storming the last few days. It is very hot here and the humidity is crazy. I have been praying for the people in New York. Praying you stay healthy and blessed. I am also praying you meet a very special woman. You are too romantic to live alone. Sending a big hug. Love ❤️ Jonikins

        You are most welcome Brad. Well I am going to keep them coming too. I believe if you are open to the idea it will happen. You too kind to be alone and have way too much to offer. Have a wonderful Sunday. Love ❤️ Jonikins
