Fight On

Injustice is not reserved

For the wayward and owed

Life has plenty of unfair

Enough for all to share

Reaping the unsowed

Circumstances undeserved

Right will not always win

Though lawyers are well paid

Evil may still win the day

Karma off on holiday

Justice In a shallow grave

We pay for unknown sins

But win or lose, we fight

We stand toe to toe

Doing all that we must

Seeking out what is just

We battle every foe

Of what we think is right

  1. I know that your words here are not hollow but come from experience! Let’s keep on fighting the good fight a while longer!

Excellent piece Brad. That last stanza was my favorite. Wouldn’t it be a blessing if we didn’t have to fight over so many things. Definitely makes one thing with everything going on. ❤️🤗 love Jonikins

I think the lesson for me is to choose our battles carefully. I don’t want to go through life involved in a bunch of drama. At the same time, it is our duty to speak up for those who can’t defend themselves.

Very well said, my friend! Life is often unfair, but we don’t truly lose the battle until we stop fighting for what’s right. Love this!!
