Read the poem on Spillwords and it was quite beautiful indeed! Lovely and powerful work my friend!
Thank you, my brother!
Always a pleasure my brother!
I never mind reading anything from you more than once. Read and liked on Spillwords. 😘
Thank you, my dear friend!
lovely and ‘liked’ it over yonder –
Thank you, Beth! I appreciate all your support!
Congrats on again being chosen to have your words displayed on this site. The poem was powerful and resonated with me in recognizing that this is often the way meaningful relationships die. We put so much energy into trying to keep them alive and once that energy is spent, it’s like a door closes behind us and we just slowly move on. Or at least that is how it feels to me.
I imagine that is how it feels to a lot of people. Thank you, sis!
Love the image of the parasoled leaf fluttering downward. You must be a legend over at Spillwords, as I’ve read your work there numerous times.
“Legend” may be a big word. They are certainly generous fans. Thanks, Pete!
Lovely writing Brad, I left you a heart. 🦋
Thank you, Jonikins! I know I can always count on you!
