Maiden Voyage

Fifty-two tons, one of the unsinkable ones,
The proud flag ship of the White Star Line…

Forest Lambs

Wooden fingers snap syncopated beats,
As sparks waft into the air like fireflies

Leave Me Alone

Leave me alone,
To make peace with the past,
To quiet the ghosts…

Serpent’s Kiss

Where whispered the words,
Sweet as a winter wine…

Burn It Down

So, burn it to the ground,
If that is your great desire…

You Are…

A shadow in the dark,
A fire without spark…

Young Men

Forged within that stringent heat,
A different man is willful raised…

Sizzling Sol

This giver of life,
Now burns it away,
Oh, the love of night,
On hottest of days…

Obsidian

Here the dark hangs like ancient tapestries,
The dank rot of old woven wishes,
Fill nostrils with a stench of onyx air.

Maiden Voyage

Fifty-two tons, one of the unsinkable ones,
The proud flag ship of the White Star Line…
