Red crescent lips bid me nigh,
Your words whisper like the breeze…

Saved as if some treasure,

As incantations blew in the wind,
With whimsical words spoken low,
Chanted breeze caressed each limb…

Though our lips have never met,
I have kissed you a million times,
For each time that I have slept,
I partake of you in my mind.

Blame It on the Wine

Heartbeat quickens a bit,
But it is not the wine,
Right next to you I sit,
Everything seems just fine.

Gray Cloud

Who would think, after so many years,
that the loss would still hold so much sway.

Freeing the heart to find nothing of its savior remaining but a flash of light.
