Here the dark hangs like ancient tapestries,
The dank rot of old woven wishes,
Fill nostrils with a stench of onyx air.

Brainstorm

A synaptic wind blows,
Through the empty spaces,
Shoving clouds across mind’s sky,
Like a playground bully.

Old Residence

From the curb the house looks so familiar,
The front door a different color,
And the hedges now more fully grown…

Isle of Man

Our love born within the heart of a volcano,
Molten desire heated by an explosive core,
An amalgam of hopes and dreams shared,
Churning in the crucible of rampant passion.

Not Always

The only always I can promise is…

It’s Not Me, It’s You

Just simple words from an even simpler man

So Cold

Freeing the heart to find nothing of its savior remaining but a flash of light.
