That Is The Day

I have lived a biker’s life,
yet now I ride with one fear.

Winter Dreams

Leaves fall like flakes of gold and bronze,
Tumbling through the cool autumn air…

Time Sighs

The sunset pulls colors across the sky,
Like a child pulling salt-water taffy,
Stretching the joy of summer days…

Editorial – Park Bench

Will is a gentleman of indeterminable age. His disheveled look and gray hair bode of some miles on the old man, but his demeanor, clarity of thought, and somewhat caustic humor speaks like he is living his youth.

Hourglass

The hourglass of life filled with granular moments…

The Sparkle in Your Eyes

The light from the stars has traveled,
A million years just to twinkle in your eye…

Say It Now

And once I am gone,
I will not hear,
All the words that come too late…

Unspoken

Turn stale and crumble in decay,
Blown in the winds yesterdays…

Take Care

I cannot tell you to stop living,
Quell the need for the things you do…

I Wonder

I wonder if you have changed,
If what we went through…
