You are a mystery

Shrouded in elegance

An unsung love song

A worded silence

An instrumental heart

You are a question

Cloaked in beauty

A rosewood scent

A strength of steel

A contextual art

You are an answer

Riddled in knowing

A laughing rose

A crimson tear

A subtle twist of fate

You are a guessing

Dramatically paused

A sudden sting

An arrowed gaze

A fence without a gate

You are a woman

Graced by enigma

A resplendent mind

A work undefined

A wonder to contemplate

I have always found the beauty in a man’s eyes as he is captivated by a woman. I suppose that’s why I enjoy romance, it’s magical to watch a man behold a woman the way I behold sunsets. If my heart were an instrument, surely it would be the harp, for it’s full of strings.

Beautiful, heartstring pulling, and exquisite imagery. 😍😍😍

beautiful poem, Brad. Reminds me a bit of Rod Stewart’s masterpiece You’re In My Heart…

They are all mysteries my friend, mysteries that are nice to have around but that we’ll never solve. A lovely poem with much meaning and images, powerful and real. Take good care and all the best,
