well done, brad, and true –
Congratulations Brad. I read the poem on the spill words website but somehow can’t log in to like or leave a comment; I will soon fix this. About the poem, as I read it, firstly, I love the format, how the stanzas are decorated with longer sentences and then the short ones with a powerful impact. Secondly, I loved all the stanzas, such as impressive and power-packed words. And lastly, the poetry, though strong, is such a delicate message, it felt to me like a soft whisper that can elate my heart like a balloon. I hope the beauty of silent words resides in human hearts as a reminder to be kind always. As always, great work my friend; take care ππ
Thank you so very much, V! I appreciate your kind words and insight. Just to keep you motivated, I had submitted this so long ago that when they wrote to let me know they were publishing it, I had actually forgotten I submitted it.
I understand Brad, the review and publishing process takes a lot of time. But I am glad even though late, your beautiful work now reaches a broader audience. You have always motivated me through your comments on my post or your post or via a generic conversation. Still, the best element that supports it is your positive approach towards everything and not once I have seen that deterred when you spin your magical words. And that my friend is quite amazing π
Thanks V! Your words touch me and I am grateful for your great support. I expect I will be seeing you there soon again as well. Blessings my friend!
Sure, you will Brad π
