Tuesday Tidbits #104

~~~
Welcome to the limited series, Tuesday Tidbits. A collection of quotes to provide inspiration, determination, and elevation. I hope you find something that brightens your day!
~~~

I am not sure why the phrase, β€œI hate drama”, is now the prelude to a long dissertation about the amount of it in your life.

A lack of formal education cannot keep you from the road to success, but it can make the road much longer.

It is important to know when you need to do something about a situation. And just as important to know when to do nothing.

Sometimes, we are so busy trying to figure out if our glass is half-full or half-empty, that we completely miss how blessed we are to have a glass.

There are times, with a partner, where you will have the choice between being right or being kind. You should always pick the latter if it is harmony you seek.

I have so much left to learn and so precious little time to learn it.

Nothing hidden can remain hidden forever. Time has an erosive nature on our lives that exposes everything. Secrets rarely make it to the grave and never far past it.

~~~
Now get out there and write something!
  1. Quite a few of these spoke directly to me! #3 has a message I need to learn, and #1 is 100% accurate! Loved all of these, and love you, too!
    “i hate drama,” reminds me of the famous lead-in “it’s none of my business….”
    Your Tuesday tidbits are always so inspiring. Something I look forward to reading on your blog.
  4. I quite enjoyed reading the first one about “drama”…misconceptions abound in everyday life and mis-spoken words fill the vocabulary of many. Drama is life, however high or low in a scale it might be. I think we are just so used to measuring that we don’t stop to just absorb. It’s like when they came out with those little books called “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff”, Good grief! I live for the small stuff! Cheers my friend for such good advice.
    Very motivating indeed, Brad. Happy to come across your blog.
    I hate drama sounds like one of those people on Facebook who says that and then creates a chain with 200 dramatic comments.
  7. kristianw84 says:
    I have found the people who say they hate drama are usually the ones who cause it.
    I have always said in regard to the “half-full” or “half-empty” glass, everyone is missing the point…
    It does not matter if the glass is half-full or half,empty, clearly there is room for more wine. 😜
    I need more practice with number 3. All of these are great, as usual!
  8. All so good but that first one brought spontaneous laughter.
    Always enjoy your pieces of wisdom Brad. They are always interesting and at least one always makes me smile. I also generally find one that may be something I too need to work on. I really related to the one about feeling like I have so much more to learn and so precious little time. Hopefully we both have much more time because I have things yet to be gained from reading your work and other people in this community. Love ❀️ Jonikins
