Tuesday Tidbits #134
~~~
Welcome to the limited series, Tuesday Tidbits. A collection of quotes to provide inspiration, determination, and elevation. I hope you find something that brightens your day!
Our judicial system is for sale. Justice becomes whatever outcome you can afford to purchase.
I hope there are not any extraterrestrial beings. We can’t get along with the people who share our only planet. Outsiders don’t stand a chance.
We must pass on our flawed history without polish to the generation we raise. It is only the truth of our failures that gives providence to a better future.
Careful with the dosage. Your favorite scent should linger in the mind, not in the room.
A single day does not forever make. All things, both good and bad, pass in their time.
Sometimes, when I am talking to myself, I think the other guy is an idiot.
There is nothing more vivacious on a woman than a well-rounded intellect.
Now get out there and write something!
love the single day line. things can turn on a dime
Thanks, Beth! Change is always right around the corner.
Hehehe…I often think the same when I am talking to myself! Great tidbits my friend!
Thank you, Francisco!
Well done my friend, you are very welcome!
Each and every one of these tidbits is great! The one about our judicial system being for sale really punched me in the gut, because that is 110% true.
I thought that one may hit close to home for you. Glad you enjoyed them. Love you, sis!
I loved all of these! The first one about the judicial system is sadly true, the one about the single day is deep, I absolutely loved the one about dosage, “fragrance should linger in the mind, not in the room” is such a great line! The one about talking to yourself made me laugh, and the last one made me smile!
Thank you, dear Kristian. You are always so kind with your words! ♥
I know that feeling of talking to an idiot!
and it’s always good to know that a bad doesn’t last forever…
Thank you, Jim! It is great to have you back and I appreciate all your kind support and encouragement.
you are welcome, Brad. Keep these tidbits coming!
“Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” How can we learn from history when we rewrite the present?
Hopefully distance and time will allow for an accurate history to be written. Thank you, Pete!
All so good. Many posts could be written with all these punch lines. Unfortunately, the price of justice is getting outrageously expensive!
It does seem like governance and justice are for sale these days. Thank you, Geoff!
